Ryan Bounedara is a photographer based out of Los Angeles. Having grown up in the small(er) city of Portland, he always found himself yearning for someplace on a grander scale. He first began shooting film in September of 2019 in New York City as a means to document his everyday experiences. Prior to that, he had sporadically fiddled around with cameras since childhood.

His editing style can be described as nostalgic and pseudo-realistic. He prefers his images to give off a sense of quietness, and typically opts for scenes devoid of people. Ryan views film as a means of connecting with the past, as well an opportunity to slow down.
